-group/organize Bible terms into Concept Circles

Identify and discuss universal archetypes in the Bible.  What popular high school books contain examples of these archetypes.  What might be an authors purpose in including such archetypes?

Consider New Testament images of Christ; analyze how the artist portrays him.  In your analysis include language from the "recommended terms."

Assign different philosophies to different characters or events in Candide.

HW In your Reading Journal, mark off a section for collected VOCABULARY: start collecting with words from the Candide list.
AND, READ "A MODEST PROPOSAL" by SWIFT: see Vocabulary List LINK
AND, consider the UC Prompt and the Common App. prompt; complete Graphic Organizer for TUESDAY.  
AND, know what title you will read by WEDNESDAY, as well.
